From the front door, it is just 100metres to the sea. Trevone is, in our opinion, the best village and Bay in Cornwall. There is the Rocky Beach, where you can find shells, rockpools, and at certain times of the day, the natural, sea-water filled, swimming pool. Then, there is the Sandy Beach: a blue-flag, golden sands beach - perfect for swimming, surfing, sunbathing, and making sand castles.

Within easy walking distance is Trevone Farm shop, a little haven for local delicious treats, as well as the beach cafe which serves hot pizza and ice creams.

One of our absolute favourite things about Trevone though, is the walks you can have here. Walking along the coast, you pass the impressive 'blow-hole' - a huge sea-cut circle in the headland above the sandy beach. Keep following that coast for a long, but gorgeous walk all the way to Padstow!
